We are delighted to introduce a new API to help streamline the creation of manual asset plans. The Utilities Asset Plans API generates A4 asset plan PDFs detailing underground and overground assets and infrastructure on OS Mastermaps eliminating the need for manual intervention. This API offers an efficient and cost-effective way to access digdat Utilities asset plans by automating a manual and time-consuming process.

Benefits include:

  • Automated Process: No need to log in to digdat Utilities, search for locations, create plot areas or place orders manually.
  • Time-saving: Frees up time for other tasks.
  • Scalability: Efficiently generate multiple orders at scale.
  • Faster delivery: Helps meet your SLA with quicker asset plan generation.

User Capabilities:

  • Generate A4 PDFs
  • Set scale options
  • Use eastings/northings
  • Obtain responses for multiple asset layers:
    - Clean Water
    - Wastewater
    - Telecoms
    - Energy Distribution

To take advantage of this API, you must:

  • Have a registered digdat Utilities account
  • Have active statutory access status linked with your digdat Utilities account
  • Mandatory fields:
