Each year, we survey our digdat Utilities users to find out what they like about our service and how we can improve.

We pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service delivered by our dedicated team and robust platform, so we were delighted to hear that over 96% of users were satisfied with digdat. Additionally, an impressive 97% of respondents said they would recommend digdat Utilities to colleagues or other organisations.

Highlights from the survey

Here are just a few of the fantastic comments we received:

  • “Rapid and easy to use service and clear mapping output.”
  • “The Messi of the utility plans websites. The GOAT.”
  • “Quick access to plans enabling us to carry out excavation work with other utilities in the vicinity of our work.”
  • “The site is easy to navigate and use and the documents are generated quickly generally with no issues. It’s easy to view and download them and they are clear and easy to decipher.”

What’s Next?

We are committed to continuous improvement and taking onboard the valuable feedback from our customers. Our focus areas for the coming year include further enhancing our customer support experience, introducing new features to our platform, and ensuring we remain a trusted resource for all your safe digging needs.
