Introducing Next Generation digdat Utilities

We are delighted to announce the launch of our new website, Next Generation digat Utilities, coming Monday, 2nd December at 10am.

As well as a new look and feel, we have added a host of features which will improve your experience of the site and create a faster and more efficient user journey. This launch is just phase one of development - we have more exciting updates to come. So, we will be running our existing site alongside the new version while we continue to add features.

The new features and benefits include:

• A faster and more efficient plot creation process
• An easier way of searching via a single search field, now includes latitude/longitude
• Duplicate plots to create multiple plots quickly
• Give titles to your orders to help find them more easily
• More ways to filter your order history
• The ability to zoom out further when creating plots
• New 'User preferences' to create standardised plots
• Improved order history and new order statuses
• Enhanced security for your peace of mind
• Improvements to the underlying infrastructure of the platform

Please note there are some existing features currently unavailable on the new website, and you will need to log into the existing site to carry out these actions. This includes:

• Purchasing asset plans
• Purchasing OS plans
• Viewing asset networks on the map
• Registering as a new user
• Managing user details and passwords
• Managing and refreshing statutory access

We have also implemented enhanced security on the site. This means that any in-house automation for ordering and purchasing plans will no longer work. If you do require plans to be ordered at scale, we have developed an API to support this. Get in touch to find out more.
